A private 501c3 nonprofit organization since 1993, the Magic Valley Arts Council has been actively providing art-filled experiences through arts education and cultural events – fulfilling its mission “to foster and promote the Arts”. Your support of MVAC ensures we continue to live out our mission today and far into the future.

Being responsible stewards of your investment is our priority. As an invested supporter of MVAC, you’ll find that $.70 of each dollar we receive goes into our program costs. And each $1 invested in cultural events, arts organizations, and arts programs will generate another $7 to $12 back to the local economy.

We serve as an umbrella organization to unite and support arts groups, individual artists, patrons, businesses and our community as a whole.

In 1994, the MVAC was designated the official arts agency of the City of Twin Falls, however, we are not a City Department, nor are we governed by the City. Our Board of Directors is comprised of community-minded citizens, artists and business professionals, working together to encourage enjoyment of and participation in the arts.

EACH YEAR, WE PROVIDE A VARIETY OF ARTS AND CULTURAL PROGRAMMING TO THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING:

  • Art & Soul of the Magic Valley
  • Art of the Gift: Authors and Artisans on the Rim
  • Arts in the Park
