Job Title: Operations Director
Hours: 25 hours per week
Job Summary: The Operations Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation/business of the Magic Valley Arts Council (MVAC) to fulfill the mission of the Council. In coordination with the Program Director, the individual will maintain the budget, be responsible for the facility, oversee volunteers, staff committees, promote and market programs and events.
Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience and demonstrated skills required. The ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and duties and responsibilities. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be efficient, practice financial responsibility, partnership, teamwork and have the ability to balance multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
