I understand that artist vendor booth spaces are currently FULL for Thousand Springs 2024. Completion of this form and payment of the $30 jury fee will secure a place on the WAITLIST in the event of an artist cancellation. I understand that the jury fee is non-refundable, and completion of this form does not guarantee that a booth spot will become available.

By submitting this application, the artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Magic Valley Arts Council, its employees, MVAC Board of Directors and representatives concerning all liability for any damages to real and personal property or any loss of life or personal injury that may be sustained in connection with any exhibition of the artist’s work. All artists are advised to carry their own insurance. Claims for damage or loss during the event setup, show or teardown will be the artist’s responsibility. The artist also agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set by the Magic Valley Arts Council.
