What: 2nd Tuesday painting session: Painted Rocks
When: Tuesday, March 11
Where: Twin Falls Center for the Arts
What time: 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 or so
What to bring: Rocks to paint (smooth is best, washed is necessary, rounded is good – depends on what you want to carry. Connie will have rocks to share, if you don’t want to go rock hunting); paint brushes, acrylic craft paint (Connie will have some to share), marker pens, newspaper or other to cover your workstation, reference pictures, water container, mixing palette, paper towels, etc.
Who can come: We welcome all painters to join us. Paint in whatever medium you like to use, and bring what you are working on.
Directions: Twin Falls Center for the Arts – MVAC classroom on the second floor.
What will we do:
Paint rocks! Our group has decided at our last session to go ahead and “paint rocks”. I have a few library books to help us along with instructions, and we will figure it out together. They are ‘just rocks’ and any painting done during the session will bring joy.
