Second Saturday at the Full Moon Gallery presents Self Portrait as a Color Story with Leslie Lambert
A Beginner-Friendly Watercolor Class
Who are you in color?
In this playful and reflective watercolor class, we’ll explore how to express your inner world using color, shape, and brushstrokes — no portrait drawing required. Whether you feel like a quiet blend of blues or a joyful splash of gold, this class invites you to create a “self-portrait” that tells your story through color.
Designed for beginners, this two-hour session introduces basic watercolor techniques including washes, blending, and color mixing. You’ll be guided through a series of fun, expressive exercises before creating your final piece: an abstract or semi-abstract color composition that captures your mood, energy, or essence.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to explore watercolor without pressure — and connect with their creative voice in a fresh, personal way.
All levels welcome — no prior painting experience needed. All materials provided
