Located on the Second Floor of the Twin Falls Center for the Arts, the Full Moon Gallery of Fine Art & Contemporary Craft displays rotating themed exhibitions featuring local artists whose works include ceramics, encaustic, jewelry, mixed media, painting, drawing, photography, woodwork, glass, digital, fiber, sculpture, and more.

The Full Moon Gallery is a local open gallery with four to five themed exhibitions per year. When applications open for a particular show, we will send out a formal call for artists to submit work. The Art of the Gift

It’s the most festive time of year, and what better way to find the perfect gift for your special someone than at our Art of the Gift gallery exhibition? Featuring works spanning mediums including woodworking, printmaking, textile, watercolor, and even stunning wearable art you are sure to find something for everyone on your list.

This exhibition is an exuberant celebration of local talent, and our focus is on encouraging you to support local, shop small, and keep the ART in the heart of the holiday season.

The Full Moon Gallery is now accepting submissions for our next show From Music, a community art exhibition focused on the ways music inspires creativity. 

We’re looking for pieces that are influenced by music in any form. That could mean artwork made with or from sheet music, pieces inspired by a favorite song or lyric, or event abstract works that reflect the feeling or rhythm of music. If your art connects to music in some way, we want to see it.

Whether you’re working in paint, collage, sculpture, fiber, or any other medium, this is a chance to share how music shows up in your creative process.

Application Information:

  • Application Window: October 14 – January 5, 2026
  • All 2D and 3D artists are encouraged to apply.
  • Each application may include up to 10 works, and you may apply up to 3 times for a total of 30 works submitted to the exhibit.
  • Works are reviewed by a Jury Committee, and all artists selected will be notified in writing on or before January 13, 2026

Important Dates:

  • Show Dates – February 13 – April 3, 2026
  • Applications Open – October 14 – January 5, 2026
  • Artist Acceptance Notification – on or before January 13, 2026
  • Installation Fees due – February 10, 2026
  • Artwork Delivery – February 10, 2026 from 11am – 5pm
  • Public Open House / Artist Reception – February 13, 2025 from  5-7pm

Fees:

    • Application: $20 per 10 works submitted. You may apply up to 3 times per exhibition, for a total of 30 works submitted per show.
    • Installation: $40 for MVAC Members, $48 for Not-Yet-Members (yearly MVAC membership begins at $25 – click here for more info) per 10 works accepted.
    • 25% MVAC Commission on any works sold during the show.
     

    All artwork will need to installation ready – framed (if applicable) with a suitable hanger on the back, gallery wrapped canvas with finished edge, etc. MVAC and all employees does not assume any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged artwork while on display. All artists are strongly recommended to carry liability insurance.
