2nd Tuesday Watercolor Class – IWS

What:  2nd Tuesday painting session

When:  Tuesday, May 13

Where:  Twin Falls Center for the Arts

What time:  10:00 a.m. until 1:00 or so

What we will do: Let’s make Gelli Prints! At our last session, you asked to try this again. Let’s do it!

What to bring: Painting supplies, Gelli Printing stuff if you have it, lunch if you like, and a painting friend.

  • Do you have a Gelli Plate?  If you do, please bring it to the session.
  • Do you know Gelli Plate techniques?  Please share at the session any knowledge you have about using it.
  • Bring items to print:  bubble wrap, stencils, paper from magazines, anything with texture that you want to try…
  • Paper to print on.  (Card stock, watercolor paper, multimedia paper,….)
  • Acrylic craft paint if you have some to share.  I will bring a supply of paint.
  • (And of course, you are welcome to paint whatever you want if Gelli Printing isn’t your thing)

Who can come:  We welcome all painters to join us.  Paint in whatever medium you like to use, and bring what you are working on.

Directions:  Twin Falls Center for the Arts – MVAC classroom on the second floor.

  • Full Moon Gallery:  Application is open for the “Magic Moments” show until June 2. This is a “MVAC members” show.  Easy to sign up to be a member if you are not already.
