Art Class – Intention Beading: Making Jewelry for the New Year

The Magic Valley Arts Council presents Intention Beading: Making Jewelry for the New Year with Pegan Cook.
Start your new year off right by creating a tangible reminder of your goals, intentions, and resolutions during this class taught by local jewelry artist Pegan Cook! Students will learn about the effects of natural stones and gems, and how to best harness and combine that power within a bracelet and a necklace. Students will be taught how to best combine stones for particular effects, and the technicalities of beading on elastic cord, including tying on and off, closures, and more. Class includes materials for one necklace and one bracelet per student!
All materials provided. No experience required – beginners welcome!
