You’re invited to apply to Magic Moments, an open, non-themed exhibition celebrating the many talents of our members! This show is exclusively for current Magic Valley Arts Council members and offers an opportunity to showcase the diversity of artistic expression within our community. As a special thank you to our members, we are waiving the installation fee for this exhibit! Whether your work captures quiet beauty, bold statements, or anything in between, Magic Moments is a chance to share it with others. Join us in making this exhibition a memorable collection of unique perspectives and creative voices.
Each application may include up to 10 works, and you may apply up to 3 times for a total of 30 works submitted to the exhibit.
Works are reviewed by a Jury Committee, and all artists selected will be notified in writing on or before June 23.

Artist Acceptance Notification – on or before June 23

Artwork Delivery – July 8, 2025 from 11am – 5pm
Public Open House / Artist Reception – July 11, 2025 from 5-7pm
Fees:
Application: $20 per 10 works submitted. You may apply up to 3 times per exhibition, for a total of 30 works submitted per show.

25% MVAC Commission on any works sold during the show.
All artwork will need to installation ready – framed (if applicable) with a suitable hanger on the back, gallery wrapped canvas with finished edge, etc. MVAC and all employees does not assume any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged artwork while on display. All artists are strongly recommended to carry liability insurance.
